Siding & Carpentry

We replace and install majority of common siding materials (Vinyl, Hardie, Wood). Our exterior services specialize in repairing or replacing rotted or damaged siding, fascia, soffit & trim. We also provide aluminum trim work for covering fascia and vinyl soffit installation, sometimes we do windows & doors.

Fencing

We install most fence types available – Wood privacy, black or white aluminum, vinyl, cedar wood privacy, chain link, split rail. Custom styles – horizontal, shadow box, scalloped, arched, solid, framed & more.

Roofing

From small roof repairs to full on roof replacement, metal roofs, framing, structural repairs and rebuilds, we install the majority of roof products, also, we provide warranties on majority of our roof repairs and all new roof installations.

Gutters

We started as a gutter company, anything you need related to installing or servicing gutters. Seamless gutter installations, any type of gutter guard, as well as gutter repairs and solutions, and of course, gutter cleaning.

Decking

Our deck services include helping design and build a new deck, replacing damaged or rotted boards, reinforcing aging decks, pressure washing, staining, painting, and composite deck remodels, there are several options available for composite deck colors, styles, designs-layouts, and quality or lifespan. We will work with you and provide samples as well as multiple figures for your estimate if you’re looking at more than one option for your remodel.

Painting & Sheetrock

We offer a wide variety of painting services, changing the look of your home with a new paintjob is the quickest way to changing the look of your home, whether you need the entire exterior of your home painted, want multiple accent colors, only need the trim on the eaves painted (soffit, fascia and friezeboards) or need interior rooms painted. We provide sheetrock, framing, door, window repairs and insulation installation if needed, we strive to repair things in a way that it seems as if they never happened! And we provide the full service, permanently resolving the leaking issue and repairing the interior, all in a timely fashion.

Had Josh with Full-Spec Home Repair come out and give me a quote on repairing some rotted fascia boards around my dormers and a couple of other spots around the house. Also, I had him quote me on recaulking around several windows, including the trim around my bay windows. While he was here, Josh made some great suggestions on the best way to repair the windows and even noticed some broken shingles on the side of the roof. Josh got back to me super quick with a fair price, and his crew came out to do the repairs just a few days later. The crew did a great job fixing everything I wanted and even went above and beyond by doing some extra painting on some trim that they noticed needed a touch-up and filled a hole made by a carpenter bee! All in all, a good job by Full-Spec home repair from start to finish, would definitely recommend.

I have been using Josh and company for a couple of years now and they are my go-to company for a variety of jobs. Their prices are absolutely reasonable, but they are just so responsive. I have struggled getting people to even return my call, but Josh is always prompt with a return phone call and they always have shown when scheduled.

Found Josh online at Craigslist. Sent him pictures of my new carport and the measurements for gutters and downspouts. He gave me a cost within 15 min. I sent him a small deposit through PayPal. We scheduled the work for the next Monday morning and it was done when I got home from work. Job looked great, no punch list necessary. I paid him the balance through PayPal. We never met each other in person but it was a seem less process. It took two decent people (contractor and customer) to have a little trust and faith in each other. Worked out great, thank you Josh and team.

Glad to work with Joshua. He is really professional and easy to communicate. Respond my request very quickly. During heavy rain, my window had a bad water leak. I asked both window and roof companies to check it before. But both couldn’t find the reason. Joshua figured it out quickly. He has good knowledge with all stuff related to roof and can also do the repair for all of them. His quote is very reasonable. Highly recommend his services!

We had a small roof leak due to a nail pop and needed to get it repaired quickly before tropical storm ETA arrived and dumped more rain on us. Josh was able to get out to our house very quickly and repair the leak. He was also able to walk the roof and ensure that all of the other potential leak areas were re-sealed. I just checked our attic this morning with the heavy rain and the leak was gone! Really appreciate you, Josh and will be recommending you to friends in the area that have roofing and/or repair needs.
